All meals are lovingly prepared with your nutritional requirements in mind, including meals for gastric bypass patients, diabetics, and celiacs. I use only the finest ingredients with an emphasis on a whole foods, plant based diet – beans/legumes, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts/seeds, tofu and tempeh, organic and local when possible. A balance of raw and cooked foods including soups, stews, curries, salads, casseroles, baked dishes, etc.
I can work with you and your medical professional (nutritionist, naturopath, etc.) to establish a meal plan that benefits you.
